Return Policy
We ship to Lagos, Nigeria every Friday from The United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business), you have the right to cancel your order with us and receive a full refund the Thursday before we ship.
Please see other reasons we can currently accept a return for a full refund.

If after your item has been delivered, you notice we did not send you the exact size you requested for.
You can return and request for a refund with 3 days after the item has been delivered to you

If you realise the item we’ve sent you is not authentic and not made by the brand manufacturer as we claim.
We would provide a full return if this is reported within 3 days after item has been delivered to you

If you realise the item has been damaged in transit, we would offer a part refund, or a full refund based on your request.

If your item gets missing in transit, we would also provide you with a full refund.
We are currently unable to offer refund for other reasons, amongst such as below;

You did not provide us with the correct size and the item has been shipped from the UK

You changed your mind because you realise the item is no longer needed after it has left the UK or for any other reason.
